Many of you might not know, but I recently have been struggling with acne stemming from a hormonal imbalance. I got the worst kind of acne that is underneath your skin, lasts for weeks and hurts! It was horrible because I had never had acne as a teen, only a few pimples during my period.. So at 22 when this kicked me I didn't know what to do. At first it tried natural remedies like tea tree oil and apple cider vinegar, I also have a pretty clean diet so I didn't know what else I could do... It worked for a while , but never really got rid of it all. That's when I knew I had to find something else. I got Aztec Secret Clay a pound of it and it is working miracles on my face. After just a few weeks all my pimples have really gone away and my skin is feeling great. I use this with ACV and it is seriously a miracle cream. I use it 2-3 times a week and it brings all the nasty stuff in my pores to the surface. I might break out for a day after then my face is clean and clear.

Preview to a review: Twice Clothing
Hey Guys,
Long time, no blog... Things have been kinda crazy, between work, the New Year, my car breaking down, and my dad getting sick again.
In my mind, The first time I saw my parents in 2014 was not supposed to be in a hospital room. I wanted to see my parents at their house, maybe at a nice dinner, or even to pay them back for helping me fix my car, but unexpected things happen.
Despite how it sounds, things are going good. I finally took my dad home last night from the hospital and all seems well with him (as long as he rests.) My car was fixed and work is amazing as usual. I feel so blessed and grateful for my life.
Now you might not know this about me, but I am addicted to getting FREEBIES. Let me disclaim this by saying that I am no packrat or hoarder, in fact quite the opposite, with almost everything I own fitting into two suitcases (one for clothes and shoes, one for my valuables.) But needlessly, I love freebies. I like searching for them, whether its yard sale leftovers, cosmetic samples, magazine subscriptions, or even clothes. A couple times a week I search the craigslist free section, looking to see if any good DVDS, or electronics are being given away. I go on Absurdly Cool and look at the samples and for some reason a lot of Calendars that companies are trying to dispense, and I try to find new legit sites that offer cool things. A few days ago on my hunt, I found a great online consignment shop for women’s fashion called Twice. I was referred by a friend and instantly got a $10 dollar credit (if you click my link, you will get a $10 dollar credit yourself!) I thought to myself, This is awesome! The site was so easy to navigate and there was a lot of cute stuff in my size. You could even sell stuff for credit. I saw stuff from Urban, J. Crew, Anthropologie, Madewell and it was all under $20! I ended up getting a really cute button up top, it was under $10 dollars, and I thought to myself, the credit can't possibly go towards shipping too... BUT IT DID. And I got a free shirt that I really liked! Anyways even if it hadn't shipping is only $5 and that's not bad to me!
I'll post photos of the shirt when I get it, it should be here tomorrow!
Check out Twice !!

Holidays, New Years, and my first Vlog!
Happy New Years everyone! I know I have been absent from blogger for a month now but as usual things got really crazy around the holidays! Firstly I'd like to share that in December I made my first Vlog (which is posted at the end of this!) I would love to get feedback on it from all of you out there. Secondly Happy 2014!!
I am so excited to embark on new adventures this year, especially since I will graduate this spring from my University! I hope everyone has something they are looking forward to this year as much as I am! How was your holiday? Mine was terrific and relaxing, getting to spend quality time with my parents and little brother, while watching hallmark movies every night for a week.
I don't participate in new year resolutions, as I try to conquer my goals as they come along though out the year, but I do have a couple desires for this year that have been in the forefront of my mind lately!
Do you have any resolutions for 2014?

Papers, Projects, and Holiday Plans!
Hi everyone,
I have been so busy lately between work and school that it has been hard to update the blog everyday like I wish I could. I have been so swamped with course work that I have barely even started planning my holidays out. Have you? What are you all up to for the festive season?
Despite all this, my brain has been in overdrive, thinking about some home improvements I hope to do in January after the crazy rush has settled. (And I think I've decided a nice DIY chair will be in order since it is the one thing missing from my little studio den.)

Long Hiatus and My Current TV Obsessions
Hello everyone!
Sorry for my long hiatus from the blog, life has been so crazy as the semester is coming to an end. I have been working a lot and doing some intense research for my graduation portfolio which is due on December 11th. I can't believe it's almost the holidays...Thanksgiving is just next week!
What are you all going to be doing?
Last week I went to the bay area and I got so excited to see all of the fall colors up there. Every street I drove past had beautiful trees with the leaves falling down and it was so stunning. I got really inspired to put some of those dark greens, oranges, and reds into my closet for this time of year.
Currently I have been so busy and really haven't kept up with TV, but there are a couple main shows that I am completely obsessed with and stay up late watching on Netflix or Youtube.
First off I have to say that I am in love with Vampire Diaries and it's spin off The Originals, I love that the story lines are starting to intertwine and I'm interested to see how the seasons play out.
Besides those staples, I just finished up Americas Next Top Model boys vs. girls cycle 20, which I must say was awesome...ly disappointing!!! How could Jordan win?? I was definitely not stoked to see Marvin and Cory walk away from the title, but whatever, I've been watching all the cycles, I know I won't stop now (especially now that men competing is going to be a permanent change to the show.)What did you all think about this cycle of ANTM? Did Jordan Deserve to win?
BESIDES THAT... The Queer eye ten year anniversary got me in a mood, and yet again the holy grail that is Netflix has the entire series (all 4 seasons) for instant stream. All I can say is hell yeah. I have been ending so many nights watching that in the dark, laughing at the 5 million sexual innuendos in every episode and touched at the changes these guys make in one freaking day.. like I said before I'm obsessed.
Finally I have to mention a really cool Youtube series I found from AwesomenessTV called Make Me Over (Notice a theme in what I watch??) which started last year. It is such a cute makeover show, really focused on teens who need a little confidence boost, but I love the young cast, I love the makeovers, and the family reactions get me every time (though they are kinda awkward too haha.) Check out the first episode here.
Hope you enjoy the inner ramblings of my mind! More posts will be up soon.

T-minus five days till San Francisco and why Sierra Mist cranberry is so good.
Happy Monday yet again!
I am so excited because I am going to the Bay this weekend to visit my Uncle and his recently born daughter Luna (isn't that a precious name.) I love going up to the Bay because there is such a different style there than down in SoCal, AND my best friend lives up there too, so it's a win win trip. The weather in San Diego can't seem to make up its mind and today it's cold again and looks like it's going to pour down on me at any moment. I actually had a productive day, thanks to the time change I woke up before 9am and was able to get a lot of work done on my thesis, clean up around the house, and run errands before class. I also was able to wear warm knits and boots today.... which I'm more than happy to do.
On a side note I have to recommend to everyone that you buy Sierra Mists new cranberry soda. I never drink soda but I love cranberry anything so I gave this a shot. I opted out of buying the cranberry sprite because Coke products contain high fructose corn syrup and I keep that, amongst many other ingredients, out of my cupboard. Pepsi is smart to have jumped on the natural sugar bandwagon, cause if I'm going to be unhealthy I'd like the natural kind of bad for you haha.
Anyways, what are you all loving for fall so far?

Halloween 2013: Kitty Kat
For my entire life I have remained hilarious and ain't sexified when it comes to Halloween. While other girls prance around in their undies and heels, I have resorted to being dead, a robot, and all around ungirly but this year I decided to be a sexy kitty. Uh oh. Here are some pictures from the night.
What were all of you for Halloween this year??
